  Food is good, our server Chris was very attentive. The two stars is for the kitchen not getting our main entrees out in a timely matter. Took over half an hour and no explanation

  I used to like this place- but not after my experience last week with the new manager. Clearly he never eaten CPKs jambalaya before. Well, I have been eating them for 15years. So I know exactly that the one they served me doesn't have crawfish and sausage. When I asked for it, the manager took my fork and he kept on digging my pasta plate like he was looking for a miracle of crawfish to appear. When he couldn't find any, he says that it was on the sauce. They I gave him the look, "yes" the look that he doesn't even know what he was talking about. Then he took my plate and throw some sausage and crawfish in there when my pasta is already cold and soggy. Because he gave me the exact same pasta the he was digging ten minutes ago! Thanks Manager! And of course, I won't be coming back!
